Confirming sms bug with question mark. 
However UEB appears to work. Dots 6 followed by 1345 does not expand to ation. Neither does 236 attached to a word expand to the word to. 
I did have strange issue where I wrote word staN to test UEB and continued writing and then got message that the word staN was added to dictionary. 
That was strange since it was not the last word I typed. 
Sms multiple people where some were ambiguous  only added one entry that was unique, not the one I selected  from possible options.

Yeah, I wrote a simular feedback yesterday for Danish Braille where I noticed that MBraille by default uses US Braille before characters seems to be translated.
So for example dot 3 is full stop in Danish Braille, but if I use MBraille it says: Apostrophe when speak characters and words are set to on.
I wonder if this is somehow a feature or a bug with translation?
I hope MBraille relies on Unicode rather than ASCII for handling this, since LibLouis seem to work better with Unicode.

I sent Harri feedback but wanted to include everyone.
As I think Kieth had mentioned, setting MBraille beta to UEB contracted, still treats it like standard US grade 2. If I use one of the nine contractions that were dropped from UEB, like the "to" sign used without spaces before other words, instead of showing an exclamation point, which is what it should be in UEB, it expands it to the word "to" then a space, and the next word.
I have not tested all nine contractions, but I would not be surprised if they behave similarly.
