Fixes:
Danish grade 2 support finally working with Liblouis. Todo: check grade 1 as well.
Fixed go to beginning, go to end, selection gestures.
Less strict lookup of phone number for calls, text messages and whatsapp, tested all of those with Android and seems to work.
Announcement fixes, especially useful for Android users. If TalkBack is running and it cannot turn of direct touch, ask the user to do it. Also announce when leaving braille kb for external app in a command, so the user can turn the TalkBack back on.
