Currently, there is no public API or specific setting that allows a third-party app to detect 6 simultaneous touches while VoiceOver is active.
I suppose we could all try send mail to accessibility@apple.com describing the issue.
As I mentioned earlier, MBraille does support 6 simultaneous touches, and it works on Android and iPads, but for some historical reason iPhone blocks it.

FYI, the test builds from AppStore and Play Store will be numbered 26.0.x
The first official public release will be 26.1.0
Note for Android testers, you will first see a subscription screen with prices. You can subscribe, you will see a "Test card" as payment option, and you will not be charged.
I'm not yet sure how this will show up for Apple AppStore, to be seen.
