An idle idea I had years ago, but never pursued it further:

Would you be interested in a screen protector that would have small indents for braille dots?
So a piece of plastic you would stick on your phone screen, over an existing protector if you have one.  

It would have 3 indented lines on both sides to correspond to dots 1,2,3 and 4,5,6

It would not interfere with other operation of the phone, other than that you would feel the texture of the dots when swiping.
