Perfect! So, turning off locked rotation fixed the keyboard issue. However, VoiceOver didn't announce that I need to tap dots 1-6. It does tell me that when I use the swipe right with 4 fingers gesture, but not when first starting the editor. The same issue happens when I go to Settings, and double-tap on "test voice", with self-voicing disabled. Not sure if this is the same issue. Thanks! I'll go play with the app now. Did MBraille ask you to press dots 1,2, 3 then 4, 5 6 to establish the positions? When you tried self-voicing did you make sure that was on in settings, and did you select a voice? Is your phone locked in orientation? It may help to know which phone and iOS version you are using. Just some thoughts as a fellow user. I'm not having those problems.

Hi, I'm noticing that on iOS, I can't type properly. When I type where I think I should, I get different letters. For example, when I try dots 1-2-3-4, I get an "e". When I go to the keyboard, VoiceOver announces that I should turn on direct touch, but it seems unnecessary because the roter gestures don't work? I also tried turning off VoiceOver, but I don't get any self-voicing feedback as the documentation says I should.
