The AI in MBraille store version is currently Gemini, using a paid API key, 
Google's terms of service state that the data should remain private, and not used for training.  So if you trust Google otherwise, you should be good.  If I ever change the AI provider, I will make that clear and opt-in.

The AI companies keep raising prices, so I'm paying for MBraille AI usage.  Subscriptions should cover those for now, let's see how popular it is and if I need to do something about it.

What I like about MBraille's dictation feature is that its off-line, but this translation system require your message to be shared with an AI. I'm not quite sure I like that.

It would enable correspondence with people having no common language.
