MBraille Desktop is now updated in Microsoft Store:

It should have a higher chance of working.

While the Store page is not yet translated and is only available in English, the actual app should support all languages that MBraille ever did, and some more, like Dutch.
Translations are still work in progress though.

The desktop version defaults to  self voicing, but it can be toggled from settings to use active screen reader, like NVDA or JAWS.  Note that I only tested with NVDA.
The speed and language settings only work for self-voicing.

The exercise section is still very rudimentary, I will return to that on a later stage.  
Next starting to work on the phone versions, while waiting for feedback on the Desktop version.
