Well, I too have UEB on and contractions on, but without using Keith's work around with the lang ueb command, I get EBAE, the old grade 2. Hello All,
first, I want to respond to Richard ueb issue. i have tried this out by using the "to" sign without a space between the word "walk" and the "to sign” and it did not expand. in settings, I have both UEB and contractions turned on.
Another issue, I am having, is when I re-initiate the braille keyboard and swipe down to add a line, I have voice over speak.one. When I go to swipe down again or to the right, I get the other dot position announced and can’t recalibrate the Braille keyboard. Also, at times the entire braille screen goes blank and crashes. at this point, I need to close out the app totally.
The issue of not having a letter or a word announced after us space is added as continues. This is an issue that has been in this beta for a while, and I’m not sure if it will be fixed soon. I have also slowed down my braille input, which has made it more tedious to use the app for Word processing. I commend you, Harry in your dedication in creating an accessible braille app. Thanks for all your hard work for all of us.
