[MBraille-Test] v0.9.33 one more round

Hi everybody, Before transferring to AppStore/PlayStore testing, one more round. This one attempts to make settings behave with VoiceOver and TalkBack. The issue appeared to surface with scrolling, so I reorganized settings so that no scrolling is required. Also tuned the external braille keyboard mode. And then there is: - set hold [threshold-in-ms] command to adjust the time required for a hold, default is 300 ms. This is an experimental feature to see if accidental holds are caused by this. I forgot to add the last one to changelog before the build, but it will be there in the next build. Best regards, Harri
